PAIR OF QUEEN ANNE BRASS CANDLESTICKS AND COPPER TRANSFER PLATE. Late 18th and mid 19th century. Each push up candlestick with petal form footed base and with scalloped bobeche. Engraved copper plate for Willowware transfer decoration in the Oriental taste. Also engraved in corner “IRON STONE CHINA” on banner. SIZE: Candlesticks: 8-3/4″ h. Plate: 10-3/4″ x 10-1/2″. PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: Candlesticks with normal and expected minor denting and scratching. Plate with roughness resulting from use.
