PRE CIVIL WAR OFFICERS’ EPAULETS. Pr of early American Militia Infantry officer’s epaulets. A very nice pair of early (circa 1830-40) Infantry field officer’s dress epaulets. Silver embroidered pr of epaulets with silver-plated crescents, heavy gauge fringe and American eagle 1-pc buttons. Undersides are of tin with white silk padding. CONDITION: Good, they are uncleaned and present a very good appearance with some minor dents in silver-plated crescents, all embroidery is strong. The undersides show wear and are a bit tattered. 4-45413 (300-500)
