SHARPS NEW MODEL 63 SADDLE RING CARBINE. CAL. 52. Standard carbine with 22″ round bbl, German silver blade front sight with Sharps ladder carbine rear sight. The left side of the receiver and wrist fitted with sling bar and ring. The left side of the bbl and other parts with inspector marks. SN C22331 CONDITION: Good to very good. The bbl is mostly a dark brown patina and is smooth and clean. The receiver has 30-40% case colors under the old brown patina and may clean even better. The lock plate and hammer are a silver-brown patina. The wood is sound and retains most of an old refinish. Strong bright 6-groove bore with light pitting. 4-45291 JL251 (1,500-2,500)
