WATERS FLAT-LOCK PISTOL. CAL: 58. 8-1/2” round bbl, 8-groove rifling. The trigger guard is brass. The 2-line Waters & Co. marking on the lock has no date. The bbl has “EB” inspector initials and acceptance marks. There is a “V” on the iron trigger plate and an unreadable letter on the end of the drum, probably “V”. No inspector marks on the stock. NSN CONDITION: The bbl and lock heavily pitted around the nipple. The front of the hammer is broken out. The stock has been varnished covering the repairs on both sides. There is a new crack through the left side of the stock. The bore is pitted, lock is good. 4-45030 FS53 (600-800)
