OUTSTANDING AND RARE LIFE SIZE METAL GARDEN STATUE OF RECLINING POINTER BY JANES, KIRTLAND & CO. Appears to be zinc. Pointer lies on cast iron rectangular base with one leg draped over the end. Illustrated No. 73 in the Ornamental Ironwork Catalog of Janes, Kirtland & Co., 1870. SIZE: Pointer: 16 1/4″ h x 27″ l. Base: 3″ h x 16″ w x 26 1/2″ l. CONDITION: Base has been repainted. Dog generally in very good condition. 9-90461 (10,000-15,000)
