HANGING SCROLL AFTER QIU YING.

China, 19th century. Ink and colors on silk, finely depicting in blue and green style of figures engaged in various activities in a mountainous landscape with pavilions, including a hunting scene of the imperial family, accompanied by colophons with lengthy inscriptions in small standard script signed “Zhengming,” with two seals, and another one signed “Zhu (?)yue at age seventy-one,” with one seal; frontispiece titled “ Shang Lin Ju Li,” signed “Lu Shiren,” with two seal.
