1) WALTHER P38. SN 4328. Cal. 9mm. 5″ bbl. Marked “P.38”, “ac/41” and SN on left side of slide. Marked “ac” on left trigger guard web. Eagle 359 inspected. Matching frame, bbl and slide. Dark brown Bakelite grips. This gun is described on p. 232, pictured p. 233 in The P.38 Pistol, Vol. I by Warren Buxton. Eagle 359 “P.38” marked magazine. SN’d magazine is not matching to the gun. Accompanied by black leather clam shell holster marked “cww”, eagle swastika WaA 750 “1941”, “P38″ on back. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Very good plus with a good amount of its orig thinning high luster blue. Markings all clear. Excellent grips. Excellent bore. Excellent working order. Eagle 359 inspected. “ac” marked on left trigger web. Matching numbers on bbl, slide, and frame. Brown Bakelite grips. “P.38v” eagle 359 marked magazine.
