Daum winter scene vase has cameo decoration of barren trees on front and back rising from a snow covered ground. Trees are enameled in shades of brown detailing the bark with patches of white snow adorning the trees. Design is set against an internally decorated background of mottled yellow shading to orange. Vase is finished with an irregular lip. Signed on the underside with faint etched signature “Daum Nancy” with the cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 9-5/8″ t. CONDITION: There is one tiny nick to the side of the vase in the snow near foot, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-69819 (5,000-6,000) – Lot 3235
