TWO DECORATIVE BRONZE VASES.

Taisho Period, Japan. Circa 1910. The larger with songbirds and plum flowers on the body, the neck flanked by shishi handles, all raised on a low base. The second, a censer with cast relief three-clawed dragon along the waist, and multiple bands containing mythical sea creatures and lion dogs. The top pagoda form with koi ornaments. SIZE: Tallest26-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Bronze has been repolished. The smaller mounted as a lamp with missing bells. 50003-3 (2,000-3,000) – Lot 3223
