TWO NORTHWEST DRUM FACES AND A SMALL TOTEM POLE.

Last quarter 19th century, two hand drums, one depicting a stylized killer whale the other depicting a ferocious face, both in black and red polychrome paint. Hide with wood frame. First quarter 20th century, carved ceder polychrome totem pole, constructed in three pieces, depicting various effigy forms, including shaman at very top. SIZE: Whale 11″ dia x 2″ h, face 10-1/2″ dia x 1-1/2″ h. Totem 18″ l. CONDITION: Face drum, face on front completely worn with tear in hide, whale one is good with good in-use wear.
