TIFFANY STUDIOS TURTLEBACK CANDLESTICK.

Tiffany Studios candlestick has blue iridescent turtleback foot with bronze tree trunk stem and jeweled candle cup. Bronze is finished in rich brown patina and supports a shade with green and white pulled feather design extending up the ribbed body from the fitter. Pulled feathers are outlined in platinum iridescence with strong blue highlights all set against an opalescent background. Candlestick is signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 10069”. Shade is signed in the fitter “L.C.T.”. SIZE: 19-1/8″ t to top of shade. CONDITION: Candlestick is very good. Shade has some small shell shaped flakes on top of the fitter rim, otherwise very good to excellent. There is a small very shallow shell shaped flake to 2 of the turtleback tiles removing a portion of iridescence. 5-69470 (30,000-35,000) – Lot 3054
