FABULOUS RUSSIAN-STYLE ENAMEL KVOSH AND FRENCH LIMOGES FRAMED ROUND PLAQUE.

1) 6″ long x 2-1/2″ high kvosh having brilliant enamels in blue, green, white and red. Four large gold enamel petals on interior and unmarked silver back. A very unusual feature is that some of the enamel work on the edges and handle are visible from both sides and when lit from the bottom provide a stain glass effect. Certainly first half of the 20th century or earlier. 2) Round, enamel plaque of a young girl shoulder/bust wearing a blue headscarf and gold and red dress. It is signed on the front “FG”. Housed in a French brass colored frame with ribbon and basket of flower crest. SIZE: Enamel: 2-1/2″ diameter. Overall: 6-1/2″ x 4-1/2″. CONDITION: Kvosh: very good.
