TWO PIECE SILVER TROPHY ON STAND.

6-1/2″ Top removable double-handled bowl, marked with a hallmark of “crescent moon and crown 800”. Engraved on one side in a decorative cartouche is “14/September 1876-1901”. On the other side is an inscription as follows: “1876-1926/zurerinnerung an den tag der/goldenen hochzeit/von/theodor kremser geboren 15.sept.1844/und sofie geb. fries geboren 24. mai 1857/kempten./14. september 1926”. The interior with gold-wash, the bottom having an attachment that secures it to the base, which is missing. The 10″ base being of tree form, holding a shaped receiving bowl, all over decorated with berries and leaves. The shaft with open-work branches starting as a trunk with pierced roots on a circular base, which is marked with the same hallmarks and “800” as the top bowl. The interior also set to fasten the bowl which has been broken off. SIZE: Size overall 14″ h x 10″ w. TOTAL WEIGHT: 53 tr. oz.
