COOPER UNDER HAMMER PEPPERBOX. CAL: 36. 3-1/4” fluted bbls. Marked “J.R. COOPERS / PATENT” on the left side of the lightly engraved frame. Birmingham proof marks on the bbl group. CONDITION: Traces of case hardening colors in the flutes of the bbl groups, otherwise smooth gray-brown patina. The grips have minor dents and scratches and have been lightly sanded and oiled. The bores are lightly pitted, mechanically good. 4-44746 FS56 (250-450)
