EXTREMELY RARE ITHACA LEFEVER GUNS POSTER.

16-1/2″ w x 28-1/4″ h. This extremely rare poster with both top and bottom bands. Resting setter with harvested grouse in his mouth in mountain and field scene painted by Ralph Carlyle Prather, noted sporting artist. On top “Whoever saw a broken Lefever” in black print and on bottom in red “Lefever Guns”. “Double barrel $28.25 / Single barrel $16.00”. CONDITION: Condition is excellent as partially restored, shows areas of inpainting and restoration. Main image is excellent. There are several light creases, most notably on left side and one small pinhole in bottom left corner. In nearly 30 years of collecting, LeFever paperwork and guns, this is only the second example of this poster cataloger has encountered.
