GALLE CAMEO GLASS VASE.

Galle vase has red cameo glass trees and shrubs on shore of pond with additional trees and rugged mountains visible in distance. Cameo decoration is done against clear glass background with frosted interior giving a wonderful depth to water and mountains. Clear background gives way to frosted amber sky. Signed on side in cameo “Galle”. SIZE: 6-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved Texas Collection. CONDITION: There is band of light scratches across mountains and another vertical band of light scratches across lake, otherwise very good. 50006-46 (700-1,000) – Lot 2383
