AUSTRIAN PEACOCK LAMP.

Art nouveau lamp base has cast bronze peacock feathers forming the stem and foot of the base. The end of each feather is set with a green glass peacock eye. The shade ring is cast with a band of vines and leaves. The base is finished in a rich brown patina. The Austrian shade is made up of rows of overlapping colorful pressed glass flowers with glass pearl bead centers. Shade is unsigned, base is stamped on the underside “France AR” with initials “AR” carved into each of the bronze feathers. SIZE: Lamp is 21″ t. Shade is 12″ dia.
