SN 169387. Cal. 12 ga. 28-1/4″ bbls with 2-3/4″ chambers. Choked Full/Extra Full. Full length matted top rib with steel mid bead and ivory front bead. Dbl triggers, auto ejectors, non-auto safety. Capped full pistol buttstock with small cheekpiece checkered in three-point pattern with 14-3/8″ LOP over lined horn buttplate. Three pieced forearm with Deeley release checkered in two-point pattern. Scalloped action is reinforced and gun locks with dbl crossbolt locking. Receiver lightly scroll engraved on sides and bottom with duck. Sling swivels. Weight: 6 lbs. 14 oz. PROVENANCE: The William Hammond Collection. Buttstock and forearm are excellent with nice open pores. Tiny grain separation on left side of frame toward top. Otherwise stocks are sound and excellent overall with only very minor handling marks.
