Late 19th century. Woven with an array of large lotus blossoms amongst scrolling foliate vinery on a blue/black field within multiple floral guard borders. The rose pink main border with dense polychrome floral vinery alternating with various geometric devices. SIZE: 10′ 6″ x 13′ 1″. CONDITION: Rug retains strong color but with overall wear and with wear to foundation most notably at one corner of rug at end and showing throughout border and field. 51376-34 (4,000-6,000) – Lot 2289
