The blue-eyed young woman wears a pale blue dress with eyelet bodice, striped shawl around her shoulders and seated in a yellow decorated thumb-back chair. Her arm and hand resting on a fluted pedestal base decorated table with urn filled with flowers and leafy stems. Housed in a period salmon painted molded pine frame with pine backboard inscribed in pencil “Mss Catherine Franian”. SIZE: Sight: 12-1/2″ x 9-1/4″. Overall: 16″ x 12-1/2″.
