RARE YELLOW BUCKET WITH HANDLE. Mid-18th century, New England. This rosehead nailed pine and ash example with mustard paint fitted with a finely tapered wood handle affixed to lobed ears with mushroom cap pins. SIZE: 9″ T x 9-1/2″ Diameter. CONDITION: Retains original untouched dry surfaces. Mushroom pins of slightly different form, however both appear original. Bands with minor early loss, lower edge of bottom band.
