EXCEPTIONAL REMINGTON DOUBLE DERINGER TYPE II THIRD MODEL PISTOL IN NEAR NEW CONDITION.

SN 540. Cal. 41RF. 3″ rnd bbls. Full nickel finish with 2-pc ivory grips. Bbl shows 1-line Remington Arms Company address on top rib. SN appears on left side of grip frame under grip, on bottom of bbl assembly, and on inside of left grip. PROVENANCE: Bruce Burtner Collection. This Deringer retains nearly all of the orig. nickel finish with only some slight mars and scratches overall. Bores are bright with strong rifling and appear unfired. Hammer, ejector, lever latch and trigger retain nearly all of their orig. blue finish. Grips are also very fine with a deep mellow patina and no chips or cracks.
