RARE CANDLE OR TRINKET BOX. Early 19th century, New England. This pine and mahogany example in original apple green and chrome yellow box with molded base and inset chamfered top. The interior fitted with thin mahogany dividers. SIZE: 8-1/2″ x 5-1/4″ x 2″. CONDITION: Very good with finely crazed original thin varnish coating. 9-90984 (600-900)
