NSN. Cal. .22 S/L/EX-L. 18″ bbl shows Winchester address and patent mark, the latest date is Feb. 14. 1905. Blue finish. “Thumbtrigger Model-Winchester” over cal mark, markings are on left side of bbl. Standard sights. Breech of bbl and top of bolt show “WP” proof marks. Stock is straight grained “reject” walnut with hard rubber Winchester shotgun buttplate. CONDITION: Very good. Bbl shows an even plum/brown patina overall with traces of blue in protected areas. Bbl markings are sharp. Bore is frosty with strong rifling. Bolt is a silver/brown patina overall. Stocks are very good and retain a considerable amount of varnish finish with slight handling marks overall. Buttplate is very good with a clear logo and slight wear at the heel and toe.
