YELLOW BETTY LAMP AND IRON RUSH LIGHT. Second half 18th century, American. The first of rolled sheet iron of classic circular form with wick spout, rotating cover with circular grip, the upswept hanger with ring and wick pick intact, original chrome yellow paint. The second with spiral base forged iron, the twisted shaft terminating in well shaped rush pincers. The counterbalance arm ending in candle socket/snuffer. SIZE: 4″ l and 12-3/4″ t respectively.
