TIN AND FORGED IRON DOUBLE CANDLE JACK WITH CONICAL BASE. 18th century, probably American. This rare sand weighted adjustable light stand of rolled sheet iron with green painted surfaces, the seamed conical base with rolled edge supporting an iron rod with pigtail hooked end beneath round drip pan. The rolled rim candle cups with oval folded edge adjuster arms below. SIZE: 36″ T. CONDITION: Generally very good, with minor oxidation from age. 9-91502 (800-1,400)
