Printed cotton, archivally framed. This is a rarely seen, unofficial 39-star flag with a beautiful medallion of triple circular wreaths of dancing stars and stars in each quadrant. Flag could not be in better condition appearing unused. 39-star and 40-star flags commemorating the Dakota’s are both considered rare. SIZE: Flag: 15-1/2″ x 10-1/2″. Frame: 23-1/4″ x 18-1/4″.
