*WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 SADDLE RING CARBINE.

SN 951688. Cal. .38 WCF. 20″ bbl, full mag, saddle ring attached, blue finish, straight grained American walnut stocks with carbine butt. CONDITION: Very good. Bbl and mag retain 20-30% blue with the balance turning plum/brown, markings are sharp. Sights are very good. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. Receiver is a smooth gray/brown patina overall with hints of blue in protected areas. Hammer and lever are also smooth gray/brown patina and also have traces of blue. Tang markings are sharp. Stocks are very good, full size and show a few minuscule handling marks and dents overall. Buttplate shows a gray/brown patina with some stains. Bbl band is gray/brown patina. Forestock in front of bbl band shows some scrape marks on both sides. A very nice ’92 SRC. 51379-32 TEP (1,500-2,000) C&R – Lot 2068
