FINE ENGLISH QUARTERED OAK COURT CUPBOARD OF SMALL SIZE. English, early to mid-18th century. Upper and lower cases fitted with two step molded doors and paneled ends, the overhanging top supported by tapering corbels, upper case doors centered with an arched Tabernacle element flanked by split spindle decoration. Having a full width drawer under the top molding. Entire case supported by flattened ball feet. SIZE: 45-1/2″ w 24″ d x 48 h. PROVENANCE: From a fine Kentucky Estate. CONDITION: Overall very good. A couple of small replacements. Small amount of expected worm damage. Hardware seems to be early replacement. Entire case in old if not original finish. 9-92221 (2,500-3,500)
