*WINCHESTER MODEL 1886 TAKEDOWN RIFLE WITH PATENTED IVORY BEAD FRONT SIGHT AND REAR TANG SIGHT.

SN 155760. Cal. .33 WCF. 24″ rnd bbl, full mag, takedown, Lyman sights, blue finish, straight grained American walnut stocks with crescent butt and sling swivels attached. Bbl and mag tube retain 60-70% orig blue that is turning slightly dull. Lyman front sight has red nail polish on top of ivory bead. Bore is dark with traces of rifling. Bbl markings are sharp. Receiver retains a generous amount of blue finish in protected areas and on left side, right side has pitting overall especially toward the rear. Hammer and lever are a silver/gray patina. Lever has some pitting on right side. Lyman tang sight shows considerable blue and has sharp markings. Stocks are very good and full size, with handling marks overall. Buttplate is a silver/brown patina with some slight pitting on the right side. Forend cap shows traces of blue. Sling swivels are after market additions.
