Mid 18th century. New England. Crafted in maple (some figuring), having widely overhanging 2 board top with molded edge. The aprons with 1/4 round detail. The turned legs of tapering form terminating in round button feet. SIZE: 23-1/2″ x 32″ x 27-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Overall very good, with old refinished surface, the top having dowel stabilized age crack, the base with evidence of one top board being reset slightly closer to the center, probably due to shrinkage. 9-96554 (1,200-1,500) – Lot 2012
