China, 18th and 19th century. The lot comprised of six cabinet vases including five finished in various glazes and one blue and white ku vase. Together with two porcelain tea caddies with one including cover. SIZE: Tallest 5-1/4″ t. Smallest 3″ t. PROVENANCE: Downeast Maine home, descendant of Knud Rasmussen, famous Danish arctic explorer whose “greatest achievement” was the massive Fifth Thule Expedition (1921–1924) being sold unreserved.
