FINE LEFEVER F GRADE 12 GAUGE.

SN 21728. Cal. 12 ga. 30″ Damascus bbls. 2-5/8″ chambers. Choked full/full. Full length matted rib with brass front bead. Dbl triggers, extractors, automatic safety. Capped full pistol grip buttstock checkered in 2-point pattern with 13-7/8″ LOP over LeFever Arms Co., hard rubber monogrammed buttplate, beautiful dense grain pattern which certainly could be suitable for a higher grade gun. Splinter forearm with push button release and steel tip, checkered in 2-point pattern. Receiver is lightly engraved with large woodcock on left, large duck in marsh scene on right surrounded with light scroll and marked “LeFever Arms Co.” on both sides. WEIGHT: 7lbs. 6oz. CONDITION: Excellent and totally original as found. Bbls retain approximately 90% dark contrast original Damascus pattern with some very light staining and handling marks. Buttstock and forearm retain 95-98% original hand rubbed varnish, checkering is sharp and crisp, superb wood to metal fit throughout. Buttplate is excellent with minute divot in toe. Receiver retains 65-70% bold original case color, particularly strong on lockplates starting tone on bottom and top of frame. Mechanics are crisp. Bright shiny bores.
