WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal. 38-55. Fine 3rd year carbine with 20″ round bbl, full magazine, square base front sight, carbine ladder rear sight with stud and ring in left side of receiver. Uncheckered wood with carbine buttplate. SN 70313. CONDITION: Very good, plus. Bbl and mag tube retain 96-98% strong bright original blue. Receiver, 92-93% bright flaked blue. Lever retains 60-70% bright case colors on the side with the balance turned silver. Hammer retains 96-98% dark case colors. Wood is sound and retains most of its fine original finish.
