COLT MODEL 1855 REVOLVING SHOTGUN. SN 398, all matching except wedges which have no numbers. Cal. 20ga, 26-3/4″ part oct. bbl. Standard markings on bbl and receiver. CONDITION: Brown patina with hints of blue showing through the surface rust and pitting. Badly battered at the rear of the frame. Top of the frame has been welded with a wedge inserted for support. Cylinder pin retaining mechanism has been replaced. Wood shows moderate use with dents and scratches and some minor repairs. Mechanically good. 4-46972 FS496 (2,500-4,500)
