SN 29504. Cal. 7.63MM. Desirable Pre-war C96 with 4″ screw-in bbl having fixed front sight, slip-in 50-1000 rear sight and reinforced bbl extension. Long extractor, 2-lug firing pin, small ring hammer. Chamber and frame markings in keeping with contemporary production. Right side of bbl extension with Thai import markings. Floorplate externally smooth (no serrations). Finely checkered walnut grips. Lanyard ring present. Disassembly shows all matching numbers including each of the replacement grip panels. PROVENANCE: The Friedrich-Wilhelm Dauphin Collection, Germany. CONDITION: Well over 99% restored rust blue with comparable or somewhat lesser condition fire blue and straw as applied to the small parts. Excellent, well fitting replacement grips.
