Handel table lamp has reverse painted dome shaped shade with two brightly colored parrots with orange, yellow and blue plumage. The parrots are resting among pastel colored flowers with the shadow of trees in the background. All against a turquoise blue background. Signed on the interior edge “Handel 7028”. Shade rests on an original Handel urn shaped base with incised design at the shoulder. Riser supports a three socket cluster, fleur-de-lis cap and fleur-de-lis finial in rich brown finish. Signed on the side of the foot in impressed block letters “Handel”. SIZE: Shade 18″ dia. Lamp 24″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent.
