Early-mid 18th century. American. Heart pierced food chopper/dough scraper of forged iron, copper, and maple. Elliptical curly maple handle with flared base, adjoining dovetailed copper ferrule, affixed to bell shaped forged iron blade, with copper riveted supports. The blade decorated with a pierced heart.
