WEDGWOOD FAIRYLAND LUSTRE COMMEMORATIVE BOWL.

Fairyland Lustre octagonal bowl has Woodland Bridge pattern decorating the interior of the bowl with a recreation of the original design with a river, trees and a center tree with birds nest within and an arching bridge in the background. The medallion in the bottom of the bowl is a stylized floral design. The exterior is decorated in the Poplar Tree design with a midnight lustre ground and sky with poplar trees, an arched bridge and various buildings surrounding the bowl. Marked on the underside it reads “Fairyland Lustre Woodland Bridge. Based upon an original design by Daisy Makeig-Jones Wedgwood Designer, 1914-1931. Number 41 in a Limited Edition of 100.
