Tiffany Studios desk lamp has bronze base with heavy round platform with harp extending directly from platform supporting the shade holder. Base is finished in a bright gold dore patina. Signed on underside “Tiffany Studios New York 418”. Base houses a Tiffany favrile bell shaped shade with gold pulled feather design descending from fitter against a gray lightly iridescent background. Interior of shade is finished in gold iridescence. Unsigned, numbered “S10516”. SIZE: Shade 5-1/4″ dia. Lamp 12″ t. CONDITION: Shade has very minor roughness to fitter otherwise very good to excellent. Base is missing 1 screw in socket cover otherwise very good to excellent, re-wired with appropriate cloth cord. 49778-24 (3,000-5,000) – Lot 1263
