*DWM 1915 ARTILLERY LUGER PISTOL RIG WITH STOCK, HOLSTER AND DRUM MAGAZINE.

SN 8672. Cal. 9mm Luger, 8″ bbl, with fine tune front sight and fine tune eight position adjustable rear sight. Full SN on bottom of bbl. “1915” date above chamber. DWM scroll on center toggle link. Imperial proofs on right side of receiver. Numbered parts on gun are matching down to the firing pin and including the checkered walnut grips. Police wood bottom magazine with numbers that do not match. With proper non-matching walnut artillery stock. With “1917” dated black holster with pouches containing and unmarked take down tool and proper cleaning rod, with black leather attaching and carry straps and original black leather dual magazine pouch. Also included is a Type One 32 round snail drum magazine with telescoping winder, adapter and dust cover. PROVENANCE: The Estate Collection of Phil A. Bleakney, Jr. CONDITION: Pistol is very fine, retaining 98% original bright blue and straw. Normal light holster wear on typical corners and edges. Bore is bright and sharp. Grips are sharp and retain original color. Magazine has light wear and dings. Mechanics on gun are fine. Stock is very good with minor wear and scattered corrosion on lug and lever. Black leather on holster, straps and pouch is in very good condition, showing normal wear, flaking and cracking. Take down tool is corroded with about 40% original blue remaining. Cleaning rod handle is worn and nicked, metal on rod is very good. Snail drum retains 90$ blue with some scattered corrosion. Mechanics on drum are good. 49059-160 BWS (3,000-5,000) – Lot 1219
