SN 463578. Cal. 410. Factory marked 3″ chambers, 26″ bbl marked “New Ithaca Field Grade”. Sgl brass front bead, factory marked 2/4 (MOD/FULL). Snap-on forend with black ebony inlay at tip. Field grade non-ejector action with border line engraving. Dbl triggers. Straight grain walnut with figure at butt. Capped pistol grip. 14″ LOP to hard rubber buttplate. DAC 1-1/2″, 2-3/4″ DAH. Automatic safety. PROVENANCE: Remarkable William Larkin Moore Private Estate Collection of Fine Sporting Arms. CONDITION: Gun retains very nice condition. Fading bbl blue, with some thinning and handling marks. Bright, shiny, unpitted bores. No dents or dings. Crisp factory markings. Receiver has gone to light grey patina. Stock and forend appear to have finish added. Checkering sharp and re-cut. Minor chipping to wood finish along with usual handling marks. Forend iron and trigger bow bright blue.
