SN 448113. Cal. 12ga. Chambers 2-3/4″ with forcing cones relieved. 30″ bbls with matted solid rib, twin beads. CYL/MOD chokes. Splinter forend with black ebony inlay. Highly engraved ejector receiver with silver inlay game bird vignette on each side. Balance of receiver heavily engraved with foliate and border engraving. Cocking indicators. Sgl selective trigger. Capped pistol grip. 13-3/4″ LOP from rear position sgl trigger over Ithaca sunburst pad. DAC 1-1/2″, 2-1/4″ DAH. Non-automatic safety. PROVENANCE: Remarkable William Larkin Moore Private Estate Collection of Fine Sporting Arms. CONDITION: A stunning high grade Ithaca both metal and wood. Bbls retain nearly all reapplied finish. Bores bright, shiny and unpitted. Two miniscule, cosmetic insignificant dings on left bbl, which do not show to inside. All typical Grade 5 markings. Receiver has gone to muted patina with minor case color in protected areas. Trigger bow nicely engraved with freshened finish. This Grade 5 Ithaca has been treated to fantastic American walnut with bold figure and color in both forend and buttstock. Fantastic fine line Grade 5 checkering is clean and sharp.
