Rare Daum vase is decorated with cameo figures of ancient glassblowers around fires. The gloss figures and fires are cut against a heavily acid textured background of rich burgundy over clear, further decorated with gilded highlights in the two fires. Signed on the underside with etched “Daum Nancy” and Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 5-3/4″ t. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved Texas Estate.
