TWO MOSER DECORATED BOWLS.

Two Moser cobalt blue glass bowls have 24kt. gold leaf background on the interior of each bowl which is then decorated with a brightly colored enameled design of flowers, stems, and leaves covering the entire interior. The small bowl is finished with three applied and gilded glass feet. Both bowls are pictured in the book Moser Glass: The Klabin Collection by Gary D. Baldwin, pg. 112, plate 142 (large) and pg. 118, plate 153 (small). SIZE: Large: 12″ dia. Small: 8″ dia. PROVENANCE: George Klabin Collection. CONDITION: Small bowl has tiny nick on underside of lip that has been partially ground. It appears it may have come from the factory that way. Otherwise both are very good to excellent with some minor wear to gilding on lip. 5-67456 (2,000-3,000) – Lot 1100
