POMEROY MODEL 1821 CONVERTED MUSKET WITH BAYONET. NSN. Cal. .69, 42″ bbl. Belgian-type conversion with cone in bbl. Issue marks “3-F.” are painted on the right side of the stock. Lockplate and bbl tang are dated 1822. Bayonet has very deep unreadable inspector marks. CONDITION: Lightly pitted overall with heavier pitting at the breech. Stock has been sanded and re-oiled with cracks remaining at the front lock screw. FS848 4-47537 (800-1,200)
