TWO MOSER APPLIED BIRD ARTICLES.

1) Moser green shading to clear square vase has applied and enameled sculptural eagle in flight. The eagle is flying over a lily pond with gold enamel lily pads and flowers. The sky features random gold clouds and the vase is finished with a gold icicle design around the lip. The lily pond design continues around the sides and back. Vase is pictured in the book Moser Glass: The Klabin Collection by Gary D. Baldwin, pg. 42, plate 49. 2) Moser clear glass letter rack has applied and enameled sculptural pigeon. The pigeon has an envelope tied around its neck with a heart on the envelope. The back panel of the letter rack has two enameled swallows in flight. SIZE: 7-3/4″ t and 6-1/4″ t respectively.
