Oil on canvas Housed in its original gilt carved wood frame Signed lower right “Morris Hall Pancoast” NOTE: Two letters and envelope accompany this lot. The first a letter from Minnie Pancoast, hand written, indicating to a Mrs. Acker that she should buy this painting which was being shown at the National Academy Exhibit and mentions the title of this painting. The second letter is from Morris Pancoast to Mrs. Finley Acker dated May 22, 1929 thanking her for purchasing the painting and adding it to her fine collection. The letter is signed by the artist. SIZE: 28″ x 32″. Overall 32-1/2″ x 36-1/2″ CONDITION: Very good original condition 49424-1 (4,000-6,000) – Lot 1069
