Moser ewer has brightly enameled leaves encircling the body and neck of the ewer. It is further decorated with all over enameled stems and leaves as well as flying insects around the body. The decoration is enhanced by applied purple acorns throughout. Ewer is finished with an applied reeded and gilded handle as well as gilded bands at the lip, neck and foot. All set against a green glass body. SIZE: 14-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: George Klabin Collection.
