MOSER DECORATED CHALICE.

Moser amber glass chalice is decorated with an allover pattern of brightly colored grape leaves and vines with numerous applied clusters of grapes. Among the grape leaves are several large brightly enameled insects and the chalice is finished with an applied gilded glass rim with drippings. Applied rim is also decorated with numerous brightly colored insects. Chalice is pictured in the book Moser Glass: The Klabin Collection by Gary D. Baldwin, pg. 77, plate 92. SIZE: 9-3/4″ t.
